Hello all! I am currently working on updating this script to remove all your perks when you reset your character to Level 1, whilst leaving ones earned intact. I am actually done with all of the Vanilla Perks, and the Dead Money perks, but I am also adding support for the More Perks mod. Hopefully the script wont have any problems working for people who don't have either of these installed. :O
I'm also trying to get in touch with the original author of Rebirth, to get his permission to upload my finished product, but he hasn't logged into the Nexus for 6 months.. so that sucks. :-\
I'll probably end up uploading it, and just giving him most of the cred for it, as I am just adding a bunch of lines to the original script.
Hi, I downloaded this mod and I think it works well, but now I have a problem leveling. It appears as though no matter how much exp I earn, I don't level up. This is after I reset my character to level 1. Is anyone else having this problem?
When I tried to respec with Arwen's NV tweaks on, the experience gained from interacting to the "gain a level" terminal was pitiful(something to do with her gain, so I should be able to tweak if when I try using her mod from a new game, having problems incorporating it to my mid level character., restoring less and less with each interaction, this was from level 6 to level 6. Also some perks don't get removed properly, Like Cannibal, or Confirmed Bachelor. The more perks mod also has some that do not get removed when you reset. All in all it's a good mod, respec a few times though and you'll have numerous perks X)
I like this mod,it makes the character rebuild process much more easier. and I'm using the ¡±More Perks¡° mod,with this one,I can choose as many perks as I want,haha,no more IDs =w=
egervari:You can load a earlier save,then use the console to reduce some special points,then you can use the reset function normally.
Bacause all the perks are preserved,all you have to do is just console the lost points back .
