Judging from what everyone says, this mod is too buggy. & the author hasn't touched this mod in how many years. Sadly, it doesn't look like this mod is going anywhere
OK I get it I think. For the lobbying version he made a spear like a gun that shoots a projectile that's just pickuppable clutter. The problem is since it's a gun is permanent and it can keep on shooting spears forever.
I looked at it in the GECK he had to change the projectile . It doesn't pin because the pinning projectile is special he changed it so you make high speed damaging clutter instead. You can't have both as it is a limitation of the engine. The pinning one is a decal type thing that goes away after a while. You can't even throw spears into people as you cannot decal bodies. Ie when you shoot bodies you don't see bullet holes in them..so same way spears don't stick either.
