Hey, just wanted to let you people know that I figured out how to make this mod work. You have to edit (or create) the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file in your Data folder. You have to make a new line that says:
textures/pipboy3000/screenglare.dds
if you're using the Pipboy version, or
textures/scorptech/readius/screenglare.dds
if you're using the Readius version. KThxBye

I literally wrote "in your Data folder" in my comment. Most people who mod New Vegas know where that is, and everyone who doesn't should be smart enough to Google it.
You not being able to god damn read is neither my fault nor my problem, rhykuu.
seriously i hate mods that add sexy body mods and s#*!, but if there is one thing i do like its replacing the vault boy with a cute chick even though i play a male character
