   Can't you all see its a texture fix for a Static Map, for use as a prop in a castle or imperial outpost/fortress, you clearly can see nifskope axes in the bouckground. Last I checked you cant modify .dds files in nifskope.

   Oh wrong game, I thought it was HighRock a castle in Oblivion. Well since I'm here is there an interior section in the Morrowind High Rock?

   
   Interior section? In the context of lore, High Rock is a province of the Empire, not a building.

   It would take me weeks to find the texture issue outdoors because my PC is too slow too move around very much outside. "> And I don't want to go down to 800 resolution to play it. Maybe the issue is indoors. Things are much faster there.

   You need more information here. Did you make an issue with the texture? If so, why? Did you fix an issue with the texture? If so, what issue? I've never seen any issue with High Rock. Is this incompatible with anything? If so, what? Screen shots?
