    Bit of a cheat mod and only for those lazy ones.
    Magicka will just regenerate if you rest or wait, unless you have the atronach sign.
    Fatigue will regenerate if you stop with running. It is also more realistic to lose your fatigue while running. Same goes for magicka. Otherwise you are more or less somekind of superman, which cannot be exhausted and which does not loose any magicka. Now what kind of fun is that.

      hahaha, 5 year necropost... with a reason. would you dispute the abilities of any sort of being that had to run 24/7, such as my dunmer? suddenly running constantly wouldn't do uch... you'd be in crazy good shape. and to address the magicka, is it not the ebb and flow of anotheer realm recharging a mortal's energy reserves? In my mind, if it were built in, and not an enchantment, it'd work. An enchantment makes even more sense,

    Ha ha! When I tried to endorse this mod, they said "You cannot endorse this mod, because you have not downloaded it!" Ha ha! I have downloaded it several times over the years, including this morning!

    It's my favorite mod! I know you can do the same with console commands, but I'd rather not do it that way. I'd rather wear an amulet that does it.

    (I've just re-installed Morrowind, that's why I want the Amulet of Oblivion again. I'd rather not play without it! )

    I personally prefer some choice mods for this, but some people don't want to mod, console, or CS everything in, so the amulet is a handy thing for those who want its effect, and when they want it.

    Having an amulet has the benefit of having its effects turned off at will by simply unequipping it in the player's inventory. No need to bother with the console or the CS once the effect is no longer needed or desired. I call that clever and convenient, not lazy.

    It's simple to implement this as an ability, then add the ability to your character in the console via the "player->addspell" command. Now, we just need horses. :-)

    I think the Fatigue handicap is v. frustrating because it's too strong. This mod is what we have always needed. However, I'd prefer to see a mod in which the regeneration is built into the game itself, rather than have to wear it in an amulet.

    Its a good idea, but I think the idea of no magic regen and fatigue regen is so that you have to think about your actions, like BlackTomcat said. I also think that having no magic and fatigue regen makes up for being able to enchant stuff with health regeneration.

    I believe "no magicka regen" is intended to make you plan your actions carefully and not plow ahead like a bull. It helps with alchemy also, by giving it an immediate purpose. If you want it easy, here's what you do:
    1. Open the console window and type the god mode command. Press "enter".
    or
    2. Open the Construction Set, add a new birth sign, create 10 new abilities, eight effects per ability, of course 99999 fether, 500 sanctuary, all immunities, 100 regen for all 3, 150 acrobatics, so on and so forth.

    And then, wonder why so many people like Morrowind more than you.

    Look, you want simple, just play Serious Sam.
