Yep, confirming their total compatibility with each other. If you use abot's Silt Striders, the Imperial Cart Travel mod's NPCs have its scenic travel menu (probably because they're labeled as caravaners). Just ignore it. It does nothing.
The Imperial Cart Travel mod was originally hosted on Morrowind Modding History (MMH) site, to where the current link leads you. But MMH was shut down recently by its owner, Fliggerty, who said that he intends to consolidate his old modding sites (Morrowind Modding History, Great House Fliggerty (GHF), and maybe Wolflore), so therefore he took them down until notice.
But there is an alternative site from where we can download all MMH and GHF mods: a well known modder ABitOfTaste (aka abot) has created and maintained a complete mirroring collection of everything from MMH and GHF HERE. It was made possible because every single mod was catalogued with web.archive.org links (aka WayBack Machine), which effectively has every page from fliggerty.com and modhistory.com stored through captures. Its 'Quick search' tool works flawlessly too, so go there, type 'Imperial Cart Travel' and you'll get a link to the working mod page.
