      I think I may have forgotten to save my changes before uploading it. (I thought it was just the Nexus taking a while to upload it.) Here's what I remember it saying that's not on the description page (not on my computer atm):

      If you ask Nileno Dorvayn about joining House Hlaalu while a member of another House, if you have at least 10 reputation, her disposition is at 75 or above, and you have at least 500 gold in your inventory, she will offer to let you join House Hlaalu for 500 gold.
