I have tried to make togglable spells using the scripts from both this and RAMF.
I the spell use is free but lasts for it's initial duration. (I also got Infix to Postfix error on load and I have no idea why)

    Any suggestions?

I can honestly see no point in this mod. Apart from the annoyance of having a permanent Night Eye effect, your mod will brake the Grace of Courtesy quest, as you already pointed out. You could do better and make the Racial Abilities toggleable, but there is already Races Are More Fun by Alaisiagae that does exactly this.

      Thank you for asking!
Some people may not want all the extra stuff that RAMF adds. They may not be looking for a complete overhaul of all the races, or they may already have another race mod, or it may just be too far-reaching for their tastes.
I made this mod to be as lightweight and efficient as possible. It doesn't even require Tribunal.esm or Bloodmoon.esm; all it changes is two spell records.
You are right that I could break off the toggle functionality from RAMF or just recreate it, but then that would detract from the original purpose of this mod which was to be as lightweight and efficient as possible; it would require me to add new spells and scripts to the game, as well as edit existing race records.
You are also right that this will break the Grace of Courtesy quest, but that is fixed by Script Improvements, which I and many other people use. I could, however, put in an optional esp that breaks off the specific script in question from SI in case people don't use it.
Speaking of Night Eye, I did not think it was going to be an annoyance. I'll put up another optional esp later today that only makes permanent the Argonian spell.
      Thank you for your understanding!

25 Night Eye would probably be less intrusive for a permanent effect.

Another good alternate would be to make both spells 0 cost with long durations: perhaps 300 seconds?

You switch it off by recasting the spell.

This mod is fantastic! I've tried a couple of similar mods but they didn't have the desired effect, and this one of solves the Temple issue for those who enjoy that questline. Came out of the woodwork here for the first time in five years to leave this comment. I also appreciate that you set the magicka cost to zero. Thanks a bunch!

Might want to be careful. There is a quest that needs you to drown
