Looks like I'm a few years too late to this party. Regardless, I want to congratulate you on making a stand-alone farm mod, with your very own handcrafted meshes and textures! I especially like the interior furnishings, like the hanging planter and the chimney.

If you ever come back to it, I'd suggest two things. First, the "terrain_rocks_AI" statics don't have a back, so making a partial arch with them doesn't really work. Might be easiest to just get rid of that feature. Second, the roof of "DE_wooden_shack" appears to be corrugated steel or aluminum. That's not something we see in Morrowind. Consider using the wooden shingle texture from "ex_common_awning" instead.

I second the request for a compatibility patch. So many people use Vurt's Groundcover that a patch would be worthwhile. It is a shame that, given a choice between Blackwell Farm - a wonderful house mod! - and Vurt's Groundcover, most people would probably decline to use this mod. A patch would take away the need to make that choice.

The farm is lovely, by the way, and very well made. The layout is wonderful, and I love the little guar! I don't usually download house mods any more - I have so many already - but this one is so nicely done, and, well...I don't have a farm, after all. Nicely done, Deor, thank you.

I second this, as Vurts groundcover is really such an essential mod for those who want graphical enhancements and I hope a patch is released as I would use it then.

I love everything about this home. It's just not compatible with Vurt's Groundcover, and that's currently a dealbreaker for me since I've got grass and plants floating in the air above the house. Would be really great if there would be a compatibility patch or something. :D

In a future version is there room or a way to add a fenced in area with a gate for use with Abigail's Pet Shop https://www.fileplanet.com/138433/130000/fileinfo/Abigail%27s-Petshop so I can put my animals in the gated area?

Love he house and the covered porch.

Like it, but I had floating rocks outside and it made a hill nearby part sky. Not sure what the problem is.

Hmm. Are you using MGE? It could be distant land doing something weird. Try and re-generate it and see if that fixes the hill. Not sure what's up with the rocks though.

Tried again, same thing. Not using MGE. Not sure what's going on. Nice building though!

I really like the mod I'm using it with the ride-able guar mount mod, also did you make and export the models into NIF format your self?
I'm having trouble figuring out how to do that for my own mod.

Thanks! I did make and export them. It depends a lot on what 3D program you are using. I'm using 3DS Max with the "3ds Max Nif Importer-Exporter" plugin(It's on the Skyrim Nexus). After exporting it I edit the Nif file using Nifscope to fix the texture path otherwise it's just blank.
I haven't bothered with collision maps and stuff like that since it seems to work fine without it.

I recommend looking up a few tutorials on youtube if you haven't already.

    Nice and cozy. :-)

Edit: Would like, if you'd add a doorframe outside and inside.
