    This sounds extremely nice for a more challeging playthrough!

    I remember some NPCs having a useless (weakness to common disease) or the like... that effect was 100% pointless as it was usually low with short duration and not accompanied by other effects.

    However... what about adding it to some spells here, like Apothecary or Healer ones, but:
    - As a side effect to a spell that actually does something against you in combat as opposed to a standalone effect
    - With a magnitude and duration that mages the effect itself noticeable and effective, such as +50-200% for 600-1200 seconds
    - Maybe also for blight diseases

    I think it would be interesting.

    Edit: Thinking about it... What do you think about damage attribute spells? They always seem underrepresented to me in the vanilla game, merely used by greater bonewalkers, I think.
