   For those of you who cannot get this to work, you must install this manually. Do not use nexus mod manager. Make sure you go into the Data Files in the launcher and tick the box for the mod. There are actually two files in the folder a version 1 and a version 1.1 and NMM doesn't know what to do with this so it won't load it.

   Bless you! With this belt, walking is no longer excruciating. (And running feels about right.)
   
   mlox put this as the last plugin in my load order, just above Mashed Lists.esp.

   Yeah, I literally installed ONLY this mod. Does not work at all.

   Any idea what is causing it not to show up for me? I do have Tamriel Rebuilt installed. Could that be the conflict? Or should I play with load order? Hmmm. Anyone else having this issue?

      I'm having the same issue. I don't have Tamriel Rebuilt installed.
