    The appearance is nice, but looking at it after loading the game, this actually replaces some of the letters. I use Scroll Daedric Alphabet to decipher the scrolls and some letters no longer match up with this installed.
    Likely not an issue for most people, but would have been nice to know beforehand. I thought it was just changing them to be more legible.

    I also should have looked at the pictures closer.

    Sorry, but vanilla actually looks like ink, wheras this looks like computer text.

      Yeah, I agree. It's a first attempt, and I'm not entirely happy with it. I'll do some more work on it in the future. Thanks for commenting.

    Coul you perhaps create something thats in between of standard+XY and aligned+XY ?
    I prefer standard because the characters have different dimensions which breaks a bit of the 'computer font' feeling, however I dislike the fact that some letters dimension actually create a space where there should be none when translating the words to latin (see your own screenshots ;-)).
    That is, unless that is exactly what you fixed with 'Adjusted spacing of d/D and non-Latin characters.' ?

    All in all however, I'm very gratefull :-D

    On a side note, it would be better to package this in more helpfull format for installation, I think BAIN formatting is best,
    basically comes down to an archive setup like this:

      In the original font, the X and Y are just large blank spaces. I tried to keep all the characters in the same place as the original, which is why those two have gaps after them. This hasn't been changed with the 3.2 spacing adjustments.
      Obviously not all of the characters /are/ in the same place so my goal wasn't entirely met, but changing those two letters felt like too big a difference. I'll admit that setting them the same as the other letters does look much better, yet the stickler in me resists doing so. I'll think about it.

      The archive structure (or lack of it) is intentional. A Bain package works fine for installation, but when uninstalled, the daedric_font.fnt file is removed without restoring the original. Morrowind will crash on startup if that file isn't present, and the game needs to be reinstalled to obtain it if it hadn't been manually backed up. Thus, I figured it was safer for people to install this manually.
      That's how it is with Wrye Mash anyway, but feel free to let me know if another mod manager has better handling of original game files.

      MO2 maintains all mod files in a virtual file structure that's separate from the game's actual install directory, so no files in the install directory are moved or deleted.  Mod files are instead dynamically loaded in a virtual environment every time you run a game or utility through the mod manager.  So the game sees and uses the mod files, but the original files are never actually moving or being deleted.

      I'm not sure how modern Wrye Mash works, but I thought the latest version behaves in much the same way?

      BAIN installers are safe when used with modern mod managers.  For something like this, I think using a mod manager might actually be safer than having people install things by hand, since there's no need to even make a backup.  People with a little bit of knowledge can load this just fine in a mod manager, but it might be worth it to repackage this to make it easier for everyone else.

    Thanks for the mod, it looks really great. It's a bit of a shame though that punctuation and numbers aren't included, because I would have liked to use this as my dialogue font. I've tried adding them myself by editing OpenMW's OpenType daedric font and converting it to Morrowind's font format using Oblivion Font Generator, but the text I get is all blurry. You mention ManaUser's Font Reader in your readme: is this the program you used to generate your font in Morrowind's format? I'd like to try it, but I wasn't able to find it anywhere: could you provide a link to it?
