Ok, so I had some problems with the castle (which is entirely the fault of me playing on mobile and installing mods on mobile being weird) that caused the mission to be unpassable. Namely the lack of appearance of either the throne or the messenger, the latter of which is necessary to progress. So I wanted to post a walk through and a CoC command that will get you to the end in case other people are having the same problem and don't want to end up forever stuck in the castle.

Don't read if you don't want spoilers.

-first walk into the audience chamber and go downstairs. Talk to Lord Glavius, your journal should update.
-Go talk to the rat Weaver, they should say something about it being the night the emperor was assassinated.
-Talk to Corda, she should say something about assuming the throne, journal should update
-If the throne isn't spawned, then this is where the issues start, but it is easily worked around! TCL through the main double doors and there should be 2 people standing around there. Talk to both of them.
    - Go directly upstairs, talk to the potentate, ask about the messenger from vivec
    - Most of the people downstairs (but not all) should now be gone and the messenger should be standing on the stairs in front of the flag. If they don't spawn, then you'll have to force the game to move forward via CoC. If you follow the walkthrough I gave, then they should appear, but if things go out of order, they may not spawn. Type journal ct_TheLamp 39 and talk to weaver. That will get you out, no matter what part of the mission you're in. That command and talking to weaver forces the game to move past the castle.
    - If the messenger does appear, go talk to him then go talk to weaver quickly afterwards.

I really love the mod so far and after enjoying the library, went to a lot of effort to make sure I experienced the castle story in its fullest too! Other than the throne and messenger not spawning, the mod has worked as intended so far! Its just my poor ability to mod the game on my phone probably broke it

When completed, the quests added by this mod they are not marked as finished in the journal, causing them to be marked as active quests forever. Fortunately it is an easy fix in the editor.

The writing is certainly good and the mod has potential, but it suffers from extremely vague instructions and unintuitive puzzles. I'm still not sure what I was supposed to do in the endless library (I got the key and the helmet by fotifying my speed until I could run under the moving wall before it closed, but the following labyrinth where some ways were only revealed with the helmet on and others only when the helmet was off turned out to be too confusing and quite bugged, so in the end I just noclipped myself to the exit).

After being given the instructions to look for the escaped slave in Gnisis, I did (to me) the logical thing and talked to the locals and eventually searched their houses, but no one, not even the tradesman or the caravan master, the two people most likely to meet new people passing through the town, could give me any hints as to where to find the slave. I think mods should always beta tested to see if other players can follow the train of thought that was obvious to the game designer.

How do I remove the journal quests? I've completed the questline and they're still there.
  7. Does this have anything to do with the "Order of the Lamp" lore from Daggerfall?

Am currently experiencing a bug, when I got back from Jobasha to the Locked Box, I touched the lamp and a cushion floats but somehow there is a rat stuck behind the wall.
I can't progress beyond that point. Playing on OpenMW android btw

Neat mod. Currently stuck, past the wishes, found the slave, did his thing, now I need to do the hot potato portion of the quest. Problem is, I don't have the lamp in my inventory, and I see a lamp in the Locked Box, but I can't pick it up, it highlights like an item, but nothing happens when I interact with it.
EDIT: Upon saving where I was in the shop, and reloading later on, the area corrected itself and I was able to continue, weird stuff.

To those playing with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind: the merchant you have to talk to to start the quest is behind a couple of crates against the wall of the Gnisis Temple inbetween the two other merchants there. The Locked Box antique shop can be found in the Madach Tradehouse, you'll have to clip through the walls though to get to the vanilla version of the building which is above the BCoM one. Hopefully this will save someone else having to run around Gnisis for a good half hour XD
Edit: just finished the quest! This is definitely one of the best quest mods I've played in a while :D A really engaging story, and the library labyrinth was really cool (and challenging!) I am having an issue though where both questlines are still in the journal as uncompleted, even though I have the "reward" and I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything else that needs to be wrapped up.
