Necroing this: does this mod disable teleporting at some point? I can't use Divine nor Almisivi Intervention and Recall at all at some point.
    Help, please?

How do I remove the journal quests? I've completed the questline and they're still there.

Does this have anything to do with the "Order of the Lamp" lore from Daggerfall?

Am currently experiencing a bug, when I got back from Jobasha to the Locked Box, I touched the lamp and a cushion floats but somehow there is a rat stuck behind the wall.
I can't progress beyond that point. Playing on OpenMW android btw

Neat mod. Currently stuck, past the wishes, found the slave, did his thing, now I need to do the hot potato portion of the quest. Problem is, I don't have the lamp in my inventory, and I see a lamp in the Locked Box, but I can't pick it up, it highlights like an item, but nothing happens when I interact with it.
EDIT: Upon saving where I was in the shop, and reloading later on, the area corrected itself and I was able to continue, weird stuff.

To those playing with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind: the merchant you have to talk to to start the quest is behind a couple of crates against the wall of the Gnisis Temple inbetween the two other merchants there. The Locked Box antique shop can be found in the Madach Tradehouse, you'll have to clip through the walls though to get to the vanilla version of the building which is above the BCoM one. Hopefully this will save someone else having to run around Gnisis for a good half hour XD
Edit: just finished the quest! This is definitely one of the best quest mods I've played in a while :D A really engaging story, and the library labyrinth was really cool (and challenging!) I am having an issue though where both questlines are still in the journal as uncompleted, even though I have the "reward" and I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything else that needs to be wrapped up.

Please, help me. I'm stuck. I got a lamp, but I don't know what to do with it.  The quest says I must get it appraised, but does not say where or by whom. Plz :'(

Here's a walkthrough of sorts for the Library section. Doing this from memory, so it's slightly inaccurate maybe.

    1. On the table to your right after leaving the bedroom chamber, and underneath the pedestal with the three candles downstairs, are two telekinesis rings. Take them (you'll probably need only one).
    2. Light the three candles. It doesn't matter which order you do it. This lowers the walls behind the pillars beside you.
    3. Using your telekinesis ring, inspect the mask on top of the doorjamb beyond the pillars to your right. Take the ring of speed.
    4. Extinguish the three candles. Take a look at the lower floor, whose passage is beside the stairs. There's a hatch leading to a contraption with gears and towers, but don't worry about it for now. Once you're ready, return to the first floor, light the three candles again, use the ring of speed and make your way to the back of the lower floor before the walls close again.
    5. Climb up the hatch. Your objective here is to press either of two levers (a left and a right one) to make the towers descend. The levers are between the two sets of towers (they're a bit hard to spot, feel free to hover your mouse until you find them). Press them in this order (IIRC):

    right right
    right right
    left left
    right right
    left left
    left left

If I wrote this wrong, remember that you always need to press the same lever twice. Experiment until you find the right order.
    6. Take the helmet. Go down the hatch. Put the helmet on, open the door, press on until you find the pillars and a seeming dead end, take the helmet off. There should be an opening to your left. Navigate the maze, killing ghosts (they're pushovers, fortunately) and pressing on until you find an opening on the second floor. Put your helmet on: you're now back to the bedroom room.
    7. Go to the left set of pillars beside the candles, open up the console and type "tcl" or "ToggleCollision". Go to their other side and type the command again. You're supposed to light a specific amount of candles using your helm to find new candles other than the first three (the new ones are behind the bed and on the shelves on either gallery of the top floor), but I have no idea what combination/order is correct and can't be arsed to figure it out.
    8. If you have your helmet on, you should see a passage downstairs with two clannfears waiting for you. Like many things in this section, it's a red herring: you can kill them for the experience and their hearts if you wish so. Remove your helmet and you should see a way upstairs. Approach their seemingly obstructed passages and the shelves/doors shall open themselves automatically.
    9. This is an actually fun part, so try it out yourself if you've made it this far. Here's the spoiler, should you really need it: https://riddlesbrainteasers.com/honest-dishonest-guards/

I'll make another for the castle section should it prove to be a PITA as well. Really like the mod, but I wish its puzzles were better telegraphed and less trial and error. The red herrings are infurating, too: you're taught not to overthink it, but then even when you get to "where you started" you have to deal with some BS candle puzzle that actually has some correct order (either that or some of my other mods bugged the section out, which is unlikely because the mod seems to work fine thus far, other than me having to chug a slowfall potion in order not to die after jumping in Mephala's pit).

Alright, so the castle section was pretty much broken. I had to noclip all over the place because the scripts wouldn't trigger. Pretty sure the throne didn't spawn either. If you're having similar problems, just talk to everyone and use "tcl" to phase through unopened doors.

Don't try to fight the assassins, talk to Weaver.
I'm using OpenMW 0.47, for the record.

The rest of the mod was pretty straightforward. I like it a lot, overall - it just needs a cleanup. And some proofreading, e.g. "recieving" everywhere. A good twist in the end, a nice payoff and very creative use of the game's original geography.

This mod introduces the infamous "Who's there?" bug by editing this line. You can fix this by simply removing the edit to this line (or I can send you a fixed version if you want).

Can you send me a fixed copy if this problem still is around? Nevermind Alvazir at https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48955?tab=description already tells me how to take the bug out.

Edit(2021-12-04): None of the problems will ruin your game completely. Do don't worry if you can not / don't want to fix these things.

The command to fix the bug is actually written at the linked "Who's there?" page by Abot :-D

I've recently had to delete few more conflicting and broken records:
      1. "clannfear" creature record that presents unneeded conflicts(overwrites PFP fixes at least)
      2. "redoran" and "camonna tong" faction records that contain broken faction standing and changed required attributes

Tes3cmd commands to fix are under spoiler. If you don't want to use tes3cmd then use those lines as a guidance for fixing plugin yourself with preferred tool(Construction Set etc).
      Spoiler:
      Show

      Description:
      - Remove "dangerous" "Who's there" dialogue
      - Remove "dirty edit" Clannfear records that creates conflicts
      - Remove partially broken Faction records that are messed up and also are unneeded conflicts

      Recipe:
      tes3cmd delete "The Lamp.esp" --type INFO --exact-id "1215227585220936854"
tes3cmd delete "The Lamp.esp" --type CREA --exact-id "clannfear"
tes3cmd delete "The Lamp.esp" --type FACT --exact-id "redoran"
tes3cmd delete "The Lamp.esp" --type FACT --exact-id "camonna tong"

(2021-12-04): Found two weapons in mod to be completely unbalanced, You may either ignore them in game or replace with something less broken.
      Spoiler:

      # replace completely unbalanced weapons. Delete 2 weapons from mod, copy 2 appropriate weapons from Morrowind, rename those weapons to mod's expected names.

Ok well I may of ran into a glich, I found the old womans house and she gave me a key and told me to go to the well to find the slave, but when I get to the well I can't find a latch or door or anything and every time I ask the old woman about the escaped slave all she dose is give me another key, I have 26 of them so far, so yes I'm stuck.

      (SPOILERS)

That key thing does indeed sound like a bug. I will have to look into patching that so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you very much for letting me know!

It is possible that you received the key to early in the quest, which is why the door handle hasn't appeared (it won't be enterable until after a certain journal entry/quest stage has been fulfilled.) Have you gone back and tried to get more information from Syvus Ves in Gnisis?
