Since Digmen beat me to it there's not much for me to say, we pretty much share the same opinion, so let me echo some of his:

The Pawnbroker's sign goes into the building. Two ways you could fix this: moving the sign or making the building an ordinary house.

It is interesting that you used a mansion. The interior does not logically match the mansion (obviously). You could remake the interior or make the exterior an ordinary house. I recommend the latter.

The interior is very barebones, is this intentional? Atleast put a candle, plate, and silverware on the table.

I agree with Digmen, you should check out DEG's youtube channel Morrowind Modding Showcases, he has a tutorial series called Let's Mod Morrowind: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCSru2-_Ar8

That's all for now I guess since Digmen beat me to it lol Good luck on updating this and your new mods, oh yea don't forget to clean.

I'm already working on most of these. It wasn't finished when i uploaded the file at first it was just a test. i had intentions from the start to add more decorations including plates, candles and bottles etc. Thanks for the help and i will probably update the file when everything is done and when i am satisfied with the finished product. I don't like how the interior is very empty either.

Glad to see that you improved upon your mod! I'll be downloading it again and testing it out. Since you're interested in improving your skills and what not, you can check out this link: http://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/tr-handbook under the Modder's Guide section. While you may not be interested in joining the site, it has quite alot of useful information for starting modders. You can also check out Dark Elf Guy's (guy who runs Morrowind Modding Showcases) Let's mod Morrowind series where he explains to you how you make certain mods. There's also Inkbunnie's streams (https://www.twitch.tv/londonrook) where he works on his project, when ever he's on you can check out how he does things and even ask some questions! You can also do what I suggested in an earlier review and check out how everything in the game is set up. That's also a great way of figuring out how to script/make a certain quest/set up interiors and exteriors alike. This also doesn't just apply to the game itself: You can definitely use this method to see how other modders build an exteriors, made that interiors, write up that script and ect. I wish you best of luck in your future endeavors!

PS: Make sure to do frequent testing by yourself for your mods by going in game and checking out the place for yourself, nothing beats finding the obvious like tripping over it in your own playthrough.
