This little underground apartment is an excellent player home. Glad I found this thanks to comment on Steam after searching for a player home mod. This will be a permanent fixture of my mod list.
FYI. Small chests (4 of them) have 1000 encumbrance. Crates (4 of them) have 1000 encumbrance too. Wooden chests (2 of them) and usual chests (13 of them) have 10000 encumbrance.
This is a simple and practical, yet very elegant mod for mid-level characters, and is exactly what I was looking for! I love how close the bed is to the entrance so you can get a quick rest. I am also very impressed with your use of space. It's very small and cozy, yet has ample space to display your favorite loot/treasures for a small collector. It reminds me of an IKEA home but with wonderful Morrowind flavor! Well done!
