I think this is obsolete now unfortunately. Dramatic Vivec is on build 4.2 and you get load warnings with this patch. I deselected this ESP and no warnings.
Is there a patch that uses the Holamayan-compatible .esp of Holidays Across Tamriel instead of the regular one? Holidays Across Tamriel provides both in its download.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm looking for a patch that allows Holidays Across Tamriel to be played with Dramatic Vivec, but that also works with the RR - Holamayan Replacer. There is a version of HAT provided in that mod's download that works with RR - Holamayan Replacer, but this patch is dependent on the non-Holamayan .esp. Is there any way to make this patch work with the Holamayan compatible .esp of HAT?
Came here looking for the exact same thing but since it's not here and no comment has been made so far concerning the matter, i don't think anyone is working on it
