I messed around with a few files in the TES construction set, so I can't really scientifically verify that this works (since I may have allowed it via modding), but shouldn't you be able to negate the effects in the console by entering:
(Click on character)
set PCVampire to 0 player->addspell "Vampire Blood Aundae" (or Quarra or Berne) startscript Vampire_Aundae_PC (or Berne_PC, Quarra_PC)
I *think* this should negate all of the script checks and force you to become a vampire, it seemed to work in my game. For anybody who wants to become a quarra or berne (again), try using these console commands and see if it helps.
but the point of this mod was just to allow people to become vampires again after getting cured, since without my mod you cant even do it thru the console
but i agree and i think someone should make such a mod, if they do -- it would round up things nicely and get an endors from me
