This mod was originally created by the user owatenxt on the Morrowind Nexus. It shouldn't require any other mods and shouldn't effect any other mods unless they also create a character named Rakts in the exact location I have placed mine in the Mages Guild in Balmora.

This mod is free to use and redistribute, so long as the following conditions are met:
1) You don't make anyone pay for this mod
2) You don't make any mod you create with this mod a paid mod

If you use this mod in any other mod, you don't neccessarily have to credit me, but it would be rather kind if you did!
