   If I combine this with Linoras leveling mod (for the +5 mod), which decreases the leveling rate of misc skills, how will they interact? If I place this one below Linoras', will only this one work?

      I've been using a similar mod, Superior Leveling System (http://mw.modhistory.com/download-24-6324). I placed More Experience later in the load order - though I don't think that matters - and the mods have not seemed to have any conflicts in functionality. I'm no expert (this is my first MW mod) but I believe it's unlikely that either mod is editing the same GMSTs, meaning everything should be fine.
