   You didn't tell us where the sugar dealer is. Screenshot looks like the Bitter Coast but I can't find the shack anywhere.

      He's inside the Fatleg's drop off at the Hla Oad. There is a trapdoor inside the shack there you will find him.

   All of my mods work except that one. I get error message when it load the game, saying something that dialogue slot is empty. I can still run the game but Razz'rir is just not there, im sure its the right place where he supposed to be. I use MGE XE. Shame.

   Nice and simple! Use this with a skooma addiction mod and you can have a perfect drug addict character.
