hey, guys if you want to modify this house or fix it for the visual overhaul (maybe new grass clips through the outside balcony or something) go ahead. for the vanilla visuals (at least the none grass types) it still works great of course any terrain modification to the location from other mods will not work with it, that's why I picked such an unused location.

feel free to mod a quest or a price fro it cause my modding skills are crap
