This is a good starting mod, especially for me, who still is working his way to buy one of the more expensive furniture mods houses. My only issue is with the "purchase" book/scroll. Arrile is still alive in my game, but I don't see the deed. I'm playing for immersion, so just owning a house out of the blue kinda takes away from it.
Hmm. Are you sure? It should be there. I opened up my own game [Both on a new one and a pre-existing save] and found it. It's called Deed to Small Cottage. When I started up a new game it was the first book/scroll in the list of books/scrolls available. Not to say I don't believe you but I don't know why it wouldn't be there.
If you have visited the cell the NPC is present, then NPC's inventory don't reflect changes from mods added mid-game. You need to start a new game. or place a small chest with the deed in it and make arrile owner of it. Then he should have the deed even when you add the mod mid-game.
Okay! I think I solved the problem, thanks to hollaajith. I've uploaded the fixed version and deleted the other one; hopefully the problem should be fixed.
