I would like to add top hats to my upcoming guar taming mod. Can I please have permission to use your top hat mesh/textures? You'll receive full credits, of course.
Yep yep, after doing digging I discovered that they all started with devils which; only script they had was a sound effect, the gun itself was just a remodeled crossbow same with the bullets being bolts. (Makes sense, you rarely see the crossbow normally in morrowind anyways); but I shall look into the pod gun as I believe from there they started using a script to detect your ammo.
Anyways; in order to allow the gun to make sense in the Morrowind world I figure I'll have it's primary amount of damage be dealt by the enchantment; it being powered by soul gems. Perhaps it could fire those otherwise useless soul gem shards or whatever they're called.

Soul gem shards I think are found only in Skyrim though.
