Telling people to "actually read the description" isn't very helpful. What's more helpful is actually stating where the key is at. I actually read the description but I was still lost as to where the Key is found.
Then i realized it says "census and excise WAREHOUSE" and the first building you start in is the census and excise OFFICE. Then when i found that building i noticed it was locked. So i looked up that location and i found that there's a key to get in there you can steal that's right behind the last guard who gives you the first quest in the census and excise office.
Well I made my way up there but the there's no key for me... Like i can't find the key at all. I even opened up the ESP file in the Construction set to find exactly where it's supposed to be but in the game it doesn't appear. Not sure what the deal is here.
Actually, this works as stated. It is true that it looks like another lockpick, but the stats are clearly different. I just tested it with a new character and was immediately able to unlock a level 100 lock the first try. At first I couldn't find it, but you have to actually read the description.
This mod does not come with a readme and there isn't an icon for the item. Therefore, it shows up in your inventory with one of those weird faces.
But it definitely works. I consider this game breaking and I am only using this for mod testing purposes. So can access locks that are too high for a beginning character just to make sure the mod is working.
