      There is, scroll down and click the arrow next to the ENB name and then click down not at the very top but above the paragraph on the following page

      Sorry for late reply... But this ENB doesn't replace any Morrowind game files so you've deleted something wrong.

      the effect seems so... I can get the same results using the enbpalette shader making custom palettes in photoshop

   For anyone wondering how much FPS Drop there is, you can see the Framerate in the top left corner.
