I tried out the non-Tribunal version. Some of the icons are difficult to see, and all the meshes could use their own textures: I'm afraid the game's pre-existing textures don't quiiiiiite work for this weapon. If anyone wants to give themselves a Lucerne hammer through the console, the ID is "iron lucerne hammer", "steel lucerne hammer", etc. -- no underscores.
Hi there, this mod is certainly on my list of things to touch up as it has certainly been more than enough time to warrant a proper update. It could be improved in just about every aspect.

Edit: Uploaded a quick hotfix. Icons should work now as I've added them to the folder, and blunt lucerne hammers on the Tribunal version are no longer held like warhammers.
Yes I was hoping I could add variety like I did with the hafted blades (but even those weren't very varied), unfortunately creativity simply isn't my cup of tea but anyone can edit these to their liking.
