Installed the version in the bay south of the Telvanni quarter. I can see the structure in the distance, but as I approach it, the entire place disappears. It is essentially a phantom house mod, a mirage that shows up in the distance, but is not there when you actually get to it.
I have been trying to find this mod for over a month. I used it in a game I was playing in 2011. I love this house, and the choice of locations is great. Good thing I watched the Mod Showcase #25.
No screenshots of the interior? It looks nice on the outside, but it's what it looks like inside a house that really matters. That's where you spend most of your time.

Did a very quick check in the CS... it is there... will check in game later this week.

The read-me only gives you a partial hint. It is a crate, not a chest.
