Antares' Creatures Integration

THIS DOES NOT REPLACE ANTARES' CREATURES MODS. IT IS DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT THEM BUT CAN RUN INDEPENDENTLY OF THEM.
Antares' Creatures mods can be downloaded separately from his website, but they are not required to run this mod.

This is a WIP mod which incorporates Antares' awesome creature mods into the game in a different manner than Antares himself originally did. He set his creature mods up more as showcases or boss fights whereas this mod aims to make them more common encounters (though sometimes very difficult to beat), rather than being unique.

Not all of his creatures have been incorporated yet, since I am picky about how I incorporate them. I have tried to be as sympathetic to existing lore and the general feel of the game as possible. A full list of what has been included so far is below:

  • Caecelia show up as the terrible servants of Molag Bal - now they can sometimes be found in shrines dedicated to Bal
  • Medusas have been renamed to Gorgons and are now helmeted - they are rumored to serve Boethiah and can be found in Daedra leveled lists
  • Hill Giants now spawn naturally in certain regions of Solstheim
  • Frost Monarchs are now in the atronach leveled lists and appear when the player is a higher level
