I've actually found that if you use the robe of Lich and equip mantle of woe after casting and wait for Mantle of woe to finish its fortification effect and animation, the boost you give your magicka with robe of Lich stays when you remove the mantle of woe. It's obviously a bug, but it's interesting to say the least. This mod's a better alternative though.
If you don't mind spoilers: Tribunal DLC, crimson plaque quest, given by priestess in the front of temple after you unseal particular tomb in the sewers, I am not sure, but I think you have to progress main Tribunal quest a bit to be able to do this. Enjoy
Hey, I already made something like this and was going to upload it (Though it featured the magicka boost as a 60 fortification rather than a constant effect_. Had a screenshot ready and everything. Still, I like your version more and it's probably what Bethesda intended but never got around to fixing. Unfortunately, due to the mechanics of fortify effects on health, magic and stamina, the effects are pretty trivial no matter how you twist this robe. Nonetheless, I'll download this and give it a spin.
Thanks, I usually don't like moders presuming to understand developers intentions too much, but in this case it seems really obvious with the 1 second duration, in the toolset its only one click from constant effect, so I dared to make the toughest fight in Morrowind (at least for me) bit rewarding
Yeah, it is itching a bit, I wouldnt suggest it for people with less than 100% magicka resistance. For me, the greatest disadvantage is the Hugh Heffner coloring.
