   Where does this guy spawn?
   
   I've got the quest in my journal and the note in my inventory. I've searched every square inch of mount kand but the guy is a no show? There is no other information online. Where is he supposed to be?
   
   I was really looking forward to fight this guy but i cannot find him :(

   Does he have a bunch of abilities or scripted powers to stop the player from just cheesing him with 1 point in levitation?

      He has 3 levitation potions and he can shoot you down if you´re using levitation.
