I've just installed this mod and tested it extensively. No problems found; no conflicts with the (roughly) 300 other mods I'm running. Endorsed!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the lighting whatsoever. Those with different lighting preferences should install other mods or write their own.

I'm using OpenMW 0.46.0 and so I've suggested an "OpenMW" tag (i.e. it has one vote from me). I also added a vote for "Fair and Balanced"; so that's now got two.

A pretty good and simple services mod, providing good merchants, with a decent (but not overpowered) amount of gold, in an area generally lacking in them. For the most part, the exterior and interior are well constructed and detailed. I'll note there's one construction bug in the interior, at the base of the stairs where a doorjamb or pillar could be used to cover up a crack in the tileset, but that's a pretty minor detail.

My biggest complaint, a personal annoyance of mine, is the interior lighting level. As you can see in your own screenshots, the interior is needlessly bright, being set at default lighting (Morrowind defaults a new interior to extremely bright lighting) as you can see here. My problem with the default lighting is that it tends to ruin atmosphere, and in my opinion, you can't have good interior design without good atmospheric lighting, so I would recommend some different lighting settings such as these. Now, these are just some random numbers I chose, but the important part is to choose some dynamic Ambient and Sunlight settings so you get a more realistic lighting effect (fog isn't that important in small interiors, but is pretty useful in dungeons). Here's what your interior looks like with those settings, you can tell right away that the interior is darker, but also that it allows your fireplace to give off a more homey glow, in addition to making all your other lightsources (candles, etc...) just that much more noticeable. Now, I know this all probably sounds pretty trivial, I only bring it up because a lot of Morrowind modders overlook customizing interior lighting when they make new interiors, and if utilized correctly, proper lighting settings can make a huge difference in the overall atmosphere and immersion of your mod. So, it's just a suggestion you might want to consider in the future.

Either way, the mod works fine and seems to be pretty well built! Endorsed.

Also, just a slight note, your mod does conflict with the Wayside Inn by Namingway. The conflict itself is a pretty simple fix, your landscape changes to Ascadian Isles (-2, -6) are the only source of conflict, and aside from that, the two buildings could easily co-exist. If you're at all interested in reading up on how to fix and/or prevent conflicts in the future, I have a guide here that goes over several different kinds of mod conflicts in detail.
