This is a simple one-room house mod that fits in decently with the Balmora surroundings. There's no overpowered loot here, and there's just enough storage for a new player to live comfortably. My only real complaint is the interior lighting settings, they're the standard-fare default overly bright settings that I loath so much, but it's not that big of a deal. Overall, a good house mod that keeps the player close to their Blades' overlord. Endorsed.

I will mention just one more thing in addition, and that's the presence of one dirty reference, "com_chest_01". This should be cleaned out using TESPCD, Enchanted Editor, or tes3cmd. You can find a tutorial on using the first two here, and a wiki for the third over here.
