So not sure if you noticed or not but your 1k version does NOT include the flower texture file in the optional folder. Is there no 1k flower texture by chance then?
Really cute Oak made into a bush! I feel strange looking at such a majestic tree being a bush, on top of that having real flowers instead of acorns, but I do like it . Love the color options! I can swap them with seasons!
Compatible with Vurts Ascadian Isles Trees Replacer II and Vurts Tree Textures Overhaul. And not compatible with Vurts Ascadian Isles Mod v2.3a or later, but works without issues =)
Incompatible file is only Data Files/Meshes/f/flora_bush_01.nif. Overwriting Vurt's mod with my mod, you will have Vurt's trees and my bush(but not Vurt's bush).
Are the leaves supposed to be so dark? In my opinion it looks much better if the ambient and diffuse color in the NiMaterialProperty in Nifskope are set to white or a light grey. Other than that, it looks very good! But haven't seen it ingame yet.
Thanks! I will make my mod has two versions of leaf color. When I was checking ingame after I have changed the diffuse and ambient color, I found my mesh receives shadows unnaturally (it is more discreet in dark version). I will fix it first, and upload new meshes for both versions.
I resized the textures to 1024x1024, I can't see any difference even when zoomed in very close in NifSkope. Especially for the branches I think 2048x2048 is way too big. But this is my opinion.
Also, consider disabling alpha blending in the alpha settings of the leaves (set flags to 4844) and increasing threshold to around 144 as this will remove any seams where the leaves overlap and create nice clean borders around the leaves.
