Really like it ! Thanks much !
For me, all the stuff on the shelf but the platter is owned, but not by me ! It says by « used clutter salesman » ^^
No big issue, I like the deco, but even if I would change it I could switch it anyway. Thought, I wonder : If it’s from my end, what could be the cause ?

I also often have issues with pathfindings, lot of NPC insides the walls of the house ^^
Don’t know how to modify it, at least I can move them manually. (Edit: I found since. And Indeed, as Darkelfguy said, some dirty edits.)

A nice, medium size house. I really like how you decorated bookshelf. And a very good price, considering that in this game you can make good money without much effort. Thanks for your work, endorsed.

This is a nice starter home, fairly priced and with all of the amenities that a beginning player could need. The furnishing is a rather standard fare for Balmora, but it does fit right in and offer a place to rest and store loot at the end of the day. Overall, a good simple house mod that does what it says without being overpowered. Endorsed.

I should mention that there are currently 11 dirty references present in the mod file, and these should be cleaned out using either TESPCD, Enchanted Editor or tes3cmd. Generally speaking, a dirty reference is created when you hit the save button on an object render window as seen here. Instead of saving the changes to just that one object reference, by hitting the "Save" button you're actually changing every reference to that object in the entire game. When you see a window like this, remember, always hit the cancel button instead! This will prevent the accidental creation of dirty references in the future. Anyway, you can find a tutorial on using TESPCD/Enchanted Editor here, and there's a wiki on how to use tes3cmd here. Hopefully that helps.

I'll also add to the author's conflict report with IndyBank, that in addition, this mod will conflict with the Illuminated Order (Physical Conflict), Dave Humphrey's Furniture Store (Land Alteration Conflict), Jolard's Balmora Manor (Land Alteration Conflict), and Witch King's Balmora Mansion (Land Alteration Conflict). This is not a complete conflict report, naturally, these are just some of the more notable conflicts. Unfortunately they can't really be avoided, the location in question is THE most popular spot to put mods in all of Balmora, so there's likely an additional 100 physical conflicts and probably another 300 land alteration conflicts that haven't been mentioned here. Balmora is a very popular city after all.

I'd love to but windows 7 sadly prevents me from tampering with my INI file, (it's a bit more complex than that but I can't be arsed to explain) so any screenshots I take have to be through the CS. I'll put some up there anyway so everyone can see my humble abode.

Hmmm.... I'll give that a go.... actually, I remember doing something like that with Fallout 3 and it worked (ish). Thanks

You can also disable UAC, which I recommend (unless maybe if you're not familiar with computers).
