If I remember correctly, this conflicts with Dave Humphrey's Furniture Mod. The Racer's Roost is in the same spot as one of the stores. I easily fixed this in the CS and moved the RR down the road a bit. Both still great mods in my opinion. Just thought I'd mention that for future reference.
I also just read the description again. Seeing as you did some landscape enhancing, I'll have to do a bit more editing and pretty much undo your landscaping.
Well, the original mod had bigger landscape edits actually. I removed them completelly and added only soft necessarry edits so the inn is still on the ground (as the road next to it is quite inclined) and still keep it compatible with grass mods, without grass sticking throung front terrace
Can you make a low revenue version? It's a shack in a backwater fishing village and the local brews don't sell for much even before you add in replacing them and maintaining the shack and wages every week. Since you don't have to attend the shack and the money builds up over time it would be best to keep the income low for immersion and for balance. Also "12 fps"?
I originally wanted to lower the revenue far more, but if you do the math, you will find out that it is not that much. Your income is 100-499 per week, i. e. 5200-25948 per year, which is not that much. Also, the inn costs 7500. If you take average amount of income per week ((100+499)/2) = 299.5, it will take you 25 weeks - almost half a year to make back the invested money. I consulted this at forums and was recommended to not lower it more. If you still don't like it, you can customize the income by yourself in CS
