This is missing meshes and an icon in the inventory. Also the offsite requirement of the Unique Finery Replacer (if I got that right) is no longer available due to planetelderscrolls website no longer existing. My search for a replacement for removing sun damage and making it so I can do quests, sell stuff, etc continues...
