im not any good with nif files, and the emitter is too low in the vanilla game, that is not my fault, that is whoever did its fault...(complain to bethesda...) if you want a crack at moving the emitter up, then go right ahead, all i made was the texture, not the emitter, if you dont want it then dont download it.
...and giving me a -1 rep for being honest is childish. just cause you dont like what i said, doesn't make me the bad guy. this is a hobby, not my job. im not bound by any contract, nor do i promise satisfaction or your money back, i simply share what i like, and hope others do too. if anyone wants to help me find a way to change all steam/smoke emitters then that would be better than simply complaining.
even if there was a file to download it's already visible from the screens that it needs more work - the smoke is flying out of chimneys sideways through their walls (spreading particles too wide at the bottom i guess)
