Thanks for your feedback! I have many reasons to say you're wrong, but after writing and deleting a whole post, this is all I need:
Fact: Morrowind's magic effects were not well-designed, nor were they well-implemented.
Between your insult to other users for simply not minmaxing inside a *bad* system and the contradiction that you still recognize a need for new spells and effects because the others were worthless, the only thing I can say is that I appreciate the criticism, but I still think the mod addresses a serious need for a whole class of characters and players.
The same objectives achieved in this mod can be achieved by a user who uses strategy when making there own spells.
If you could use this mod as a guideline and provide a book and or scroll and or npc that suggests spell caster strategies and or taught some useful spells along these lines this mod would not tend to override or conflict with so many magic related mods.
It is much easier and, imho, better to add a few good spells to the game than to edit the vanilla spells and creatures in a way that pleases every one.
