This is pretty good. I used Grumpy's Guar, Lulu, in the past, but OpenMW won't let me generate her using the console. These guys are huge in comparison to dainty Lulu, and I often get stuck between the guar and a door or wall etc. Is there any way to increase the following distance?
Okay, so after playing with mod for a while... I find it to be overly annoying. Cons: Big thing gets in the way. You even remotely look at the guar and you activate something else you get the guar. There is no way to check the guar's HP or negative status effects. No way to heal guar without spells.
Pros: Easy to get. Inexpensive. Doesn't die easily. Holds a goodly amount, without being extreme. Doesn't conflict with MSGO in any way that I've encountered (cept in Balmora where the preview guar are half inside a tree, meh).
Bugs: Will cast some spells in combat, sometimes. Will fight in combat, sometimes. You can Mark/Recall the guar into any cell.
Overall, I do not recommend this particular Pack Guar mod.
will this mod teleport your guar with you? I'm a big time fan of magic so recall and all the intervention spells are pretty frequent use for me to cover ground faster but i dont want to leave my guar buddy behind and all alone.
Excellent mod! A must have for dungeon crawls, when you don't feel like piling all of your loot at the door and spending all that time traveling back and forth!
I do have a question though...
So, let's say you're kind of stupid, and forgot where you told your guar to wait, and now can't find it... is there any way to find out where it is or to summon it? Some kind of summon guar whistle spell would be great!
Nice little mod. I was wondering though if you'd be able to add in packrats as well. If you did that this mod would be perfect. Although then you'd have to change the title. either way still deserving of an endorement.
