   Does this mod alter fMagicItemRechargePerSecond GMST at all? Enchanted items seem to recharge unusually fast in my game and I'm not sure why.

      Mod is a good idea..might use it.>recommend 7 zip over winrar,as it doesn't constantly nag you to buy a license....

      Seconding the recommendation for 7zip. It's free, doesn't bug you to buy, and you just have to right-click on a file and all the options come up in the right-click context menu.

   You'll probably never see this, but thank you so much. My save messed up or something, I wasn't able to make constant effect enchantments with Azura's Star. I was about to give up the game, it made me so sad. I love this game more than any other in along time and you saved it for me, so thank you

   This mod has 73 GMSTs and needs to be cleaned. Pretty handy, otherwise:)

   This sounds fantastic, but can you do this in a zip? I have no way, yet, to add RAR files... or tell me where I can get a good RAR Extracter Application... ? Er... for free... ">
