The only thing I have to say is you don't create mods in the CS xD.
You create mods using Blender or, as I do, 3D's Max. Or anyother 3D editing program. That you can use Netlmerse in anyways. Modding also isn't hard. Addictive, Time consuming, oh yes. All it takes is practice. It's a skill anyone who's anybody can learn, and alot of fun. even if you're just recolouring an armor for oblivion. It's still, in a way, modding.
