This mod conflicts with Antares Big Mod, which is weird because it was made by the same guy. With "you are being robbed", while wearing black scarf you can rob people freely after intimidation, but when Antares Big Mod installed as well a window pops up where you can return stolen goods back to the owner, if you refuse you get bounty anyway even with while being masked and owner intimidated in dialogue.
I dunno it's probably something to do with infamy or fame or whatever. Maybe how high yyour skill is in using the weapon you hold while you threaten them. I think not knowing is sorta nice since, this way you dont know what will scare your victim. makes it more immersive, realistic, and unpredictable.
