So all of the problems with this mod are that 3 of the texture archives are missing out of the 4 that were originally released. Here is a link to the wayback machines archive of the planet elder scrolls page for this mod which will allow you to download the missing textures: https://web.archive.org/web/20111114194334/http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7098
So I noticed some missing texture errors with this mod that I had never gotten before until I downloaded it from Nexus, and apparently since so many other people are having issues too, I suggest everyone download this mod from MW Modding History instead. It has this mysterious "Hilgya_Exp1_Textures1.7z" archive that seems to be missing.

So some of the dresses and outfits for me are bright neon purple with no patterns. The icons appear normal and it allows me to buy them. But when I place them on my character that is when they turn neon purple and display no patterns just an outfit outline. One of which is the Leene's Dress. I don't remember the names of the others. For another dress parts of it are kind of invisible when put on (I have everything else unequipped so that can't be it) but doesn't look that way on the mini screen in my inventory that displays what I currently have equipped (don't know what that is called). I have installed everything just fine, I have no idea what the issue is here. Can someone please help? I'm really enjoying this mod.
Encountered a few problems, most clothing are tied to weird locations on the body. Most of which are tied to the left ankle and the forearms. There are some that are tied to the groin. For example the Diamond Silk Gown will appear like it is missing textures if you are wearing anything that covers the left ankle and with the Gold trimmed Dress and Surcoat you will loose the dress with an armor on the left forearm and the overcoat with armor on the right forearm. While the Lace Gowns loose part of their textures if you have greaves that cover the groin body part and the rest with boots that cover the left ankle.
A bigger problem is for one reason or another, most of the mesh files of the clothes in this mod and the main mod does not like to be worn on male character in my game. Doing so will cause a CTD most of the times, rarely it will work but the textures are horribly skewed and changing my equipment will cause another roll to see if the game will crash or not. All clothing work with female models though male clothing cause clipping in the chest region, which might be caused by the first problem.
All in all, High quality textures and clothing but I need to do some work in the construction set to get the clothing working for Female characters in a more sensible way for me, but I don't know how to fix the CTD on the male characters.
The lace gown and another dress with lace in its name...can't remember which one crash the game when attempting to equip. lace capes aren't sold in the shops but i have found them in the storage containers under the store. There are also more clothes that crash the game, I can hear the error message pop up before crash but it still stands. I have downloaded the texture files 1-4, I have better bodies 2.2 and better beasts. Is there a way to fix this? I have the texture files that the meshes cant find, is it something like....a pathing problem or...?
This file appears to be dependent upon four others that contain the textures for the mod. Files 2, 3, and 4 can be found elsewhere online, but the first file, Hilgya_Exp1_Textures1.7z, is not as easy to come across. Without the textures in this file, equipping many of the clothes in the expansion (I'd say it's probably around a third) causes Morrowind to crash. In particular, none of the Ashlander clothes work for either gender.
Does anyone out there have Hilgya_Exp1_Textures1.7z? Can someone confirm whether or not this is the cause of the CTD?
More clothes in Hilgya's store. Hilgya the Seamstress.esm is required for this file to be loaded, and it is missing. Locate this file before playing the game.

Are you f**king kidding me how about you add the file since its your mod and not have US search for it!
Hey. I tried to load the models, but it said it couldn't load them. Did I do something wrong? I used the manual download, because I couldn't get the mod manager to pull up. Please help me.
