   Could this idea be applied to Oblivion/Skyrim? Like to make All-Natural's Interiors actually show the exterior(I.E. being able to see the Imperial City from inside the Tiber Septim Hotel)? or Does the program work for Oblivion already?

   Hey, I've tried downloading this mod a few times now and it's not working, my computer tells me it's invalid or broken.

   Very interesting. Could allow to do crazy things such as making an island, flipping it upside down, and putting it up in the sky, with buildings dangling from it... Or, by using two cell meshes, one on the top and one of the bottom, creating a very huge cave for an underground city... Or plenty of other neat stuff.
