Didn't test the mod in the link above yet as it's about at the end of Bloomoon and I didn't get there yet in the game, but it seems to be an updated and newer, probably better working overall version, including the original but reworked lich king armor.
It's on WayBackMachine, so get it while the download is still working, before it gets lost to history.
It appears to be flaky, so many having difficulty finding it. If you're really desperate to get the sword you could go to the console and use this ID for the sword: 111JojjosFrostmourneBlade

Yeah i cant seem to find it either. Unlocked the three holding cells (lock level 20) and didnt see it. scanned the surrounding area but im just not seeing it. the mod manager installed the files in the right spot since i looked for them but im not sure whats up. is it that one mod that has issues with overhaul 3.0?

Actually I am at the Stronghold right now but I still don't see it. Exactly what area is it located because it certainly is not in the Bleeding Heart area which is the lowest area in the place. Unless there is something that I am just not seeing.
either use the mod manager which you can download here or download it manually, which can be confusing but once you get it you get it, also i had this mod active...i gave it a 5/10 the sword...when you wielded it was like...blue an icy blue and shiny which i liked but ehhh i got tired of it and the lich king armor seemed poorly made as well but hey its your choice
i think i installed the plug in properly, i copied and pasted the texture meshes and esp file into my data files, i enabled the plug in but it does not appear in the todd test weapons chest, help please
ive installed the mod files with no problems or error msgs. ive searched every square inch of the "toddtest" area and i cant find frostmourne anyware???? pls help lol
