Basically it is a good idea, HOWEVER, since the price of a single Daedric Dai-katana (or Daito, as a politicaly correct guy pointed out on this very site) is 120.000 drakes, raising the money level of the scamp (wich, by the way, is a very simple operation for everyone with a Construction Set) to only 100.000 drakes doesn't change things by much. I, for one, chose 500.000 drakes as the level for the Creeper. Why, you might ask? Because he is the only guy with easy access (the other two - Talking Mudcrab and Ababael Timsar-Dadisun - live WAY out there, no guild guide, no silt strider anywhere near), plus he lives conveniently near a very "generous" tomb. To really cheat you could of given him something like 5.000.000 drakes.
And Bziur, what is the reason for rating it a 3? I think he knows that it already exists other cheats mod like this one, but that is absolutely no, I repeat NO reason for rating it a 3. Everyone is allowed to make their mods and upload them even though the same kind of mods have been uploaded before. People just have to choose which one they want to download.
And.. "Puts nothing good or new into the game"?!? Ah.. Have you read the description? It adds 100.000 gold to the creeper and makes trading take a lot shorter time than before. So you won't have to sell/buy/sell/buy all the time...
I know it was a bad cetegory to choose, but take a look at the categories under Morrowind, there are no cheat category! Only Oblivion has this. So NPC was the most suitable category I could find.
