   Yes that is one of the secrets. There is one more, but you have to use TCL to se it.

   Does anybody know why there is a hand sticking out from under the beds? Is that the odd thing in the house?

   I accidentaly uploaded it as an Oblivion mod first, but fixed it now. Just so it's clear: This is a Morrowind plugin!
