   Does anyone have a copy of this archive before version 1.2?
   
   The current upload only contains a shortcut and seems to be an oversight by the uploader but my attempts to contact the author have failed.

   Yeah it does, but it only adds a few items and like 3 NPCs. Just a small file.

   Filter-skirting aside, what is the point of adding drugs into Morrowind? Do they do anything different that normal ingredients? Are they unique in any way other than the names? Do they have new meshes/textures?
   Give me some more information.
