1. Installation

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the "Bethesda/Morrowind/DataFiles" directory.

V1.1 - Fixed spelling errors: Saphire of Traveling changed to Sapphire of Traveling.
V1.0 - Original Release. Tested by me and cleaned with TESAME and TESTool.

3. What this plugin does

*****************************************************************

This plugin adds a house to Pelegiad near the city's main entrance.
The house includes:
- A cozy living area with a finely set dining table, and a music/party area in front of the fireplace. Plenty of cupboards for storing dishes and such.
- A restful Master Bedroom with a king size bed. Closets, dressers, and jewelry boxes provided for storing clothing and jewelry.
- A Magic Study with Phaedra's own series of Potion Recipe books and Alchemy Ingredient books, home teleportation device (Black Pearl of Returning), multi teleportation device (Blue Sapphire of Traveling), a few books on various subjects interesting to mages. Ample storage provided for magic items, scrolls, ingredients, potions, apparatus, books, etc.
- An Armory with forge and anvil. Ample storage provided for armor, weapons and repair tools.
- Storage closet with Trash receptacle. Ample storage for all miscellaneous items.

Notes on special additions:
- Sapphire of Traveling (found on bookshelf in Magic Study) when equipped will teleport you to 44 locations throughout Vvardenfell, Solstheim, and Mournhold. Teleports only to cities, villages, settlements, etc. Does not travel to Daedric or Dwemer Ruins, Tombs, Smuggler Caves, or 6th House Bases. For a list of the 44 locations see section number 8 below. Based on script from Alarys's Teleporter Mod Revised.
- Black Pearl of Returning (found on bookshelf in Magic Study) when equipped will teleport you back to Cozy House.
- Potion Recipe and Ingredient books (found on bookshelf in Magic Study) lists all possible potion types, what ingredients combine to make them and all ingredient effects. Some ingredients may be unique and/or quest related.
- Trash (located in Storage Closet) is used to delete items permanently from the game. Only place unwanted items in Trash!!! Do not place unique/quest items in the Trash!!!

How to use Trash receptacle:
a) Activate Trash, you will get a message box asking "What do you want to do?"
b) Click button "Put in trash." to open container
c) Insert unwanted items
d) Close container
e) Re-activate container
f) Click button "Empty trash." to delete unwanted items

4. Playing the plugin

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to the PH_CozyHouse.esp file. You will find Cozy House on the right hand side just as you enter Pelegiad from the main road.

5. WARNINGS!

*****************************************************************

**Any time you empty the Trash all items in Trash will be PERMANENTLY deleted.
Do not place quest items in Trash or you will break the associated quest(s), possibly even the main quest.
Do not place unique items in Trash unless you REALLY do not want them.

**Sapphire of Traveling adds fast travel all over Vvardenfell, Mournhold, and Solsthiem. This may make your game too easy if you over use it. Do not use the Sapphire of Traveling to travel to Mournhold until you have done so legitimately. If you do not you may mess up Tribunal's Main Quest.

**This mod requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
Script function from Tribunal were used for Trash. Travel locations for Sapphire of traveling include locations in Mournhold and Solstheim. Some plants and decorations are from Tribunal and Bloodmoon.

6. Save Games

*****************************************************************

This plugin will not invalidate your old saved games. If you save your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error messages when you reload the saved game without the plugin. But you will be able to continue on with the original game.
